Your photos stay personal.

What we collect

We collect the contact and delivery details you provide, chosen product options, reference photos, design approvals, order history and support messages. Account passwords are stored using WordPress password hashing. Server logs can include an IP address and technical request information.

Why we use it

We use order information to review your request, prepare and produce the approved design, arrange delivery, respond to questions and maintain necessary transaction records. Security logs help protect the site against abuse.

Where applicable, processing is based on fulfilling your order, legal recordkeeping duties, legitimate security needs, or your separate consent for optional uses. We do not use uploaded photos as public reviews or marketing examples without separate permission.

Who needs access

Authorized store operators and the production partner may access the photos and information needed to make your order. Carriers receive delivery information. Hosting and email providers process data needed for their services. Production and hosting may involve processing outside your home country.

We do not sell your personal information. Optional advertising and analytics are not currently enabled.

Photo security and retention

Reference photos and previews are encrypted in private server storage and are served only through an authorized order link or an authorized account. Protect your private order link like a password; anyone you share it with may be able to see that order.

Unsubmitted photo uploads are removed after 7 days. Completed or cancelled order photos are scheduled for removal after 120 days, unless a documented support or legal need requires retention. Order and payment records may be retained longer for accounting, dispute or legal purposes.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies support your cart, login and security. A local preference record remembers your cookie choice. Optional cookies remain off unless you choose them; no optional analytics provider is currently active. You can reopen Cookie choices in the footer.

Access, correction and deletion

Contact us through the contact form or at info@cartoonfig3d.com to ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. Applicable rights can also include objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent.

The store is intended for adults placing orders. Submit a child’s photo only if you are their parent or authorized guardian. Do not provide sensitive information that is not necessary for the design.
