Orders and acceptance

CartoonFig3D provides custom decorative figurines and related keepsakes made from customer-supplied references. The product page and your approved configuration define the intended order.

Invoice request saves an order for review; it does not collect payment or authorize immediate production. We confirm availability, delivery, the final invoice and payment arrangements before production.

Prices and payments

Prices are in USD. Delivery is calculated for configured standard routes; exceptional shipping and any additional services require agreement. Taxes and duties are included only where expressly stated. Card and PayPal checkout are not yet available.

If an obvious pricing or configuration error is identified, we contact you to agree a correction or cancellation rather than silently charging a different amount.

Photo rights and acceptable content

You must own or have permission to use submitted photographs and the depicted likenesses, including guardian consent for children. Do not upload unauthorized third-party characters, brand artwork or celebrity likenesses.

You grant the limited permission necessary to review, design, produce and deliver your order. Public marketing use requires separate permission. We may decline material that cannot lawfully or technically be produced.

Design approval

A cartoon design is an artistic interpretation. Review the current preview carefully, including subjects, pose, outfit, color, text and accessories. Each new version needs approval. Production starts only after the current version is approved, payment is verified and operational checks are complete.

Reference photos determine visible details. Extra requests and revisions are reviewed for feasibility and cost before further work.

Production limits and care

Full-color matte resin has a light printed texture. Color differences and simplified fine details may occur. Glass transparency, metallic and mirror reflections are not available with the documented process. Small parts can be fragile.

Products are decorative keepsakes, not food-contact items or children’s toys. Follow the material and care guidance.

Delivery and remedies

Production and transit estimates are separate. Customs, holidays and route restrictions can affect delivery. Provide a complete and accurate address and contact us promptly about errors.

The changes and returns policy explains the review process for damage, incorrect goods, cancellations and missing parcels. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
