Production and transit are separate

The factory states dispatch within 7 days after a successful factory order. Photo review, design work, approval and payment come before that order. Carrier estimates begin after dispatch and exclude customs delays and public holidays.

The supplied standard general-goods route quotes US transit at 5–8 working days. Timing for other supported countries is shown below. These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery prices

All prices are in USD. One normal item uses a 200 g packed-weight allowance. The US delivery charge is $11.15. Multiple items use the combined allowance and the matching weight band.

The route price is reviewed if the actual packed parcel, volumetric weight, destination or special handling falls outside the standard allowance. Any additional charge must be agreed before payment. Import duties and destination taxes are not represented as prepaid unless your invoice explicitly states this.

International coverage

Standard-route checkout is configured for the destinations listed below. For other countries, remote islands, military addresses or special shipments, submit an invoice request for a separate delivery quote. Checkout marks that delivery is not included; it is not free shipping.

The right package for the format

The manual shows standard figurine blind-box packaging and standard relief packaging. Special seasonal packaging is not included by default.

Applicable fittings include acrylic display plates and glue dots for figures, loops for charms, easels or magnets for relief frames, pins or magnets for badges, and cords for relief charms. Selection and the final packing list follow the chosen product.

Tracking and delivery issues

Your private order page displays the carrier and tracking number after dispatch. Keep this link from your order confirmation; email notifications are not active yet.

For damage, photograph the outer package before opening where possible, keep the original packaging, and photograph the item. For a missing parcel or incorrect item, contact us with the order number so we can investigate.

Value and address checks

The supplied standard route limits a US parcel to a declared goods value below $60, Japan to $60, Canada to $99, the UK and listed EU destinations to below $155, and Australia to $600. Other routes may be needed for larger orders. Declared values must be accurate.

Australia uses postcode zones. US and UK remote surcharges are included where the supplied postcode rules identify them. Unsupported addresses, route limits, missing rates, customs charges and parcel-size exceptions are reviewed before the final invoice. The 200 g allowance per item is a shop estimate; packed weight and volumetric weight are checked before dispatch.
