Packaging & Included Accessories

The following family-by-family packing and accessory list comes from the factory packaging schedule. Box selection and protective materials may be adjusted to fit the actual base, size and vulnerable features; the itemized quote confirms the final contents.

Standard packing and accessories by product family

Accessories are listed only for the row where the factory schedule names them. An effect card, ring, base, pin, easel or magnetic patch is not implied for other products.

Protective packing follows the actual model

The source schedule specifies packaging families, protective inserts and selected accessories. The factory may adjust the box to the base size and the model’s fragile features. Confirm any requested extra presentation packaging in the itemized quote; a retail gift box is not included unless it is expressly agreed.

When the parcel arrives

If damage is visible, photograph the outer parcel, inner packing and item before discarding anything. Keep the packing and loose pieces while the issue is reviewed. Report a missing agreed accessory, wrong item or transport breakage through the private support request so it can be checked against the accepted quote and dispatch record.

Product-handbook accessories and presentation boxes

The product handbook lists a clear acrylic base and adhesive dots for display figures; a magnetic patch and easel for framed displays and relief frames; the fitted spring/cloud base and adhesive dots for rockers; a pin and magnetic patch for badges; and a hanging strap for relief charms.

These product-handbook inclusions complement the separate packing schedule. If a combined packing row does not name a fitting, the product-specific accessory still needs to be recorded in the quote rather than assumed absent or included on every product.

The illustrated presentation formats include large and small generic figurine blind boxes, a generic relief box and a special Horse-year gift-box example. Special seasonal presentation is not a universal standard. Protective packing must suit the actual item and delivery route.

Document the unopened parcel when reporting damage

If transport damage is suspected, photograph the outer parcel before opening where possible, then the inner protection and damaged item. Keep the original packaging, accessories and loose parts for the review. The production FAQ specifically asks for an unopened outer-package photo plus damage photos; provide the evidence available for your case.
